Was looking to spend a quiet weekend with my wife and we were not disappointed. The location was amazing and next to everything we needed. The staff was very very nice and chilled especially Mr Reyes who checked us in and out. The staff on the beach was 5 star with outgoing and professinal manners. The cleaning staff was very nice and professional and cleaned the room well. The issues: 1) there was only one elevator that was working and the wait was so long that my pregnant wife and I took the stairs just not to wait for the elevator. 2) the rooms are a little outdated and really need a refresh. The design is nice but needs new carpet, new paint; everything looked worn 3) There were no furniture on the patio, for vacation resorts especially rooms with a view its a given to have that ameneties. 4) The spa didnt work well when we were there to the correct tempeture and settings. Other notes: Didnt take valet parking since we already knew it will be very expensive. The resort fee is a little high in regards to what you get but not to bad. Overall a nice decent priced hotel in the middle of glitz town and will definitily visit again in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐½ – “Ocean Views and Stellar Service (Just Wish the Room Was Bigger)” If you’re looking for a spot in Sunny Isles that nails location and service, Sole Hotel pretty much delivers the full postcard. From the moment we pulled up—well, after missing the driveway thanks to a sneaky exit car on Collins Ave—the staff had us feeling like VIPs. Valet was quick, friendly, and super efficient (bonus points for the app that lets you call your car ahead of time—very 2025 of them). The oceanfront setting is pure bliss. Our balcony view looked like a desktop wallpaper come to life—endless turquoise and the soothing sound of waves. The beach area was spotless, and the beach staff couldn’t have been nicer. They seemed to genuinely want everyone to relax, not just check boxes. The room itself? Cozy—let’s call it that. Comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, but not exactly spacious. It had everything we needed for a solid night’s stay, just not a ton of extra breathing room. My one real nitpick: the bathroom mirror situation. It’s only above the sink, which means sharing mirror time with your partner can feel like a delicate dance of razors and mascara wands. A larger or dual mirror would make mornings smoother. Still, between the perfect beachfront location, the friendly staff, and that killer view, it’s hard not to fall for this place. Bottom line: Ideal for couples or anyone who values service and beach access over sprawling room size. Worth every penny for the views and vibe.

We were very happy with Solè this time. This is a second time I stayed there. 3 years ago, they provided a small room and the weather did not cooperate, as it was cold and rainy in December, so the resort fee was wasted. However, our stay in November 2025 was excellent. We got a good deal and our room was upgraded to a beautiful 1 bedroom with magnificent ocean and city views. We had a full kitchen, everything worked, the living room was comfortable and cozy, the bedroom and bathroom were spacious, the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The hotel was well kept. The valet service worked great, and the beach attendants were courteous. Our only complaint was that the water in the bathtub wasn't draining well, and that was fixed by the maintenance promptly. We really loved our stay!

So many great things to say about this place! However, Mr. Reyes at the front desk truly went above and beyond and created a standout experience. He checked in our busy company group with ease and was incredibly kind—going so far as to help ensure my iron was turned off after I’d left for dinner. His attentiveness and care genuinely exemplified outstanding hospitality. Thank you so much, Mr. Reyes!!

A great hotel located on a busy road, yet offering peace and quiet at the back. It is situated on a beautiful beach, where beds and parasols are provided on a private section of the beach. If you bring a (rental) car, it will be parked for you; during our stay this cost USD 44 per day, and there is no alternative option. We did not try the hotel breakfast, but within a few minutes’ walk there are plenty of good restaurants as well as a grocery store if you prefer to prepare something yourself. Whenever we arrived at the hotel, the door was opened for us, which added to the overall excellent experience. One thing to be aware of is that the elevators take quite a long time (every time).

We just wrapped up a 4-day stay at Sole Miami and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The resort itself is beautiful — clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located right on the beach. The beach setup was one of the highlights for us: easy access, comfortable chairs, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it very easy to unwind. What really made the stay stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Juan Carlos, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. His attention to detail and positive attitude did not go unnoticed and truly elevated our experience. All in all, this was exactly the kind of relaxing getaway we were hoping for. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Sole Miami to anyone looking for a great beachfront stay in Sunny Isles. Thank you again for a wonderful visit!

Overall, a great experience the room is clean, but a little bit old. The beach is nice. Most of the staff is very friendly, but one of the valet was very, very rude. This person shouldn’t be allowed to work in contact with customers when my friend asked him the price. He just showed the price on the little bold without answering. My friend was a little bit insistent given the bad reaction of the valet and we were really shocked except for this. The restaurant is good breakfast and pool overall it was a good experience.

Great location, right across the street from many good restaurants and shopping. The hotel is right on a beach. I like running in the morning and I found out that there is a nice park about a mile away with a trail that connects to the boardwalk. The breakfast at the restaurant was exceptional. I come to Miami all the time and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
